Shipping Information to the U.S. 

Shipping is Free for orders over $60.00 to all 50 states with some exceptions; orders under $60.00 have an $8.95 shipping and handling fee.  We usually ship all orders by UPS ground, but also use USPS (United States Postal Service) and drop shipping as well.  Please let us know by email, phone call, or in the comments section in our shopping cart, if you cannot receive USPS packages.  Expedited Shipping is also available.

Shipping Time Frame

Once we receive your order, we work diligently to ship your items as quickly as possible.  Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. Please notify us by email or call 1-800-221-8227 if you need your order expedited. Click here to view delivery times from Saint Petersburg, Florida.

Hawaii and Alaska Residents: Although shipping is $8.95 for most orders, shipments can take 10 to 14 business days for orders to arrive.

Miele Vacuum Cleaners qualify for free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, but will be shipped USPS priority.

Tracking Information

If we have your email address on file, we will email your tracking numbers to you. When shipping via USPS, there is no tracking information available. When shipping via drop shipments, we sometimes have to contact our source to obtain tracking information. If for some reason you have not received tracking information, please feel free to contact us.
