M&S dmc3-4 4-Wire Inside Intercom Room Station

The M&S dmc3-4 has a variety of options for upgradeing 4-wire intercom systems. The dmc4RS White Retrofit Indoor Room Station with Remote Scan and Master Volume is an indoor room speaker that is available in white, almond, or black. The dmc4R is a standard indoor room intercom station that is only avaiable in white.  The dmc4R and dmc4RS are 5-1/2" square. If your existing 4-wire intercom room speakers are 8", the M&S N68RS is a retrofit large indoor room station with remote scan and master volume.   The dmc3-4 system with the dmc4RS, dmc4R, and N68RS room speakers is for use in new construction and to upgrade your existing unit. The dmc4RS, N68RS, and dmc4R will work in conjunction with the dmc3-4 to upgrade any 4-conductor intercom system. This M&S dmc3-4 intercom system can opperate up to 15 room speakers and 3 door speakers.

If you are updating an existing intercom system, your current speakers are going to be smaller than the new style dmc4RS and dmc4R (5-1/2" x 5-1/2").  If you have the large 8" speakers the N68RS is still available and will work with the new dmc3-4 master intercom system.  To prevent you from requiring drywall repair when using the dmc4RS and dmc4R, the M&S dmcFR Room Station Retrofit Mounting Frame is a great choice. The intercom room speaker update frame wiil cover openings up to 7-1/2" x 10".
