M&S MC3 3-NOTE CHIME

The MC3 3-Note Chime Module is a small board that is installed in the dmc1 or dmc3-4 Music/Communication Intercom System Master stations.

No more wondering whether or not you heard the doorbell ring.  With the M&S MC3 chime, tied into your intercom system, you will hear the doorbell ring from every intercom speaker.  The MC3 chime can be programmed to play one, two, or three notes for the intercom’s doorbell chime sound with a different chime for each door.  Once you hear the chime, you will easily be able to answer the door from any room where you have an intercom speaker.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Disconnect the dmc1 or dmc3-4 intercom master station transformer, prior to installing the MC8 Chime module. 
• Snap the Chime Board onto the 4 plastic standoffs in the wallhousing.  This can be snapped in place on either the left side of the housing or the right side.
• Plug chime connector into back of master unit at the location indicated by the printing on the circuit board.
• After the MC8 chime is installed, apply power and adjust the chime volume to desired level. The volume will increase in the clockwise direction. Make sure that all intercom speaker volume controls are turned to their maximum position before making adjustments.
