M&S dmc1 Intercom Door Speakers

When installing or upgrading an intercom system, M&S offers the choice of door speakers with buttons or without.  These dmc1 intercom door stations are a great choice to allow for easy communication between the interior of your home and the front door.  When the button is pressed on the models with buttons, it will activate the MC3 or MC8 chime module.  The M&S intercom door speaker is hands free for the person at the door. From the inside the TALK button is pushed to communicate and the LISTEN button is pushed to hear the person at the door.

The door station mounts recessed in the wall using a Model ME3 Door Station Rough-in Enclosure.  These M&S intercom door speakers can also be surface mounted.  The surface mount frame is available in white or black.  If you are replacing a NuTone door speaker, the dmcFD update frame is required.  The dmcFD is only available in white, however it can be easily spray painted.
