Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Central Vacuum website is helpful and easy to use. Just needed replacement motor but got motor and fan assembled on metal plate that made the job even easier - and at price I thought was very reasonable. Because of good price, and shipping would be free, I ordered a second one for when my other bath fan quits. Order received quickly, accurate and in perfect condition. They deliver on what they promise.

Shipping is Free for orders over $60.00 to all 50 states with some exceptions; orders under $60.00 there is a $8.95 shipping and handling fee. We usually ship all orders by UPS ground shipping, but also use USPS (United States Postal Service) and drop shipping as well. Expedited Shipping is also available.

Once we receive your order, we work diligently to ship your items as quickly as possible. Our goal is for orders to go out the same day they are received, however, this is not always possible. Also, if your order is being held up for any reason you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours by email as to when you can expect your order to ship.
