For deeper cleaning on carpets and rugs with pile, we recommend you use a tool with a revolving brush.

I purchased this tool to use on a very short plush velvet-like carpet but found the tool sticks to the carpet, leaves irregular marks and is of no use. I am able to use it on hard surface stone floors, but I have larger tools that perform better for that purpose. I was hoping to use it on the long shag on the stairs but it does not perform as well as other smaller tools that can get the edges better. For my home this tool is useless.

Shipping is Free for orders over $60.00 to all 50 states with some exceptions; orders under $60.00 there is a $8.95 shipping and handling fee. We usually ship all orders by UPS ground shipping, but also use USPS (United States Postal Service) and drop shipping as well. Expedited Shipping is also available.
