The Central Vacuum Power Unit : There are a variety of different types of central vacuum systems. Filtered systems have a filter that will need to be changed or cleaned from time to time. Bagged systems have disposable paper bags for easy dust and dirt disposal an true cyclonic systems exhaust the finest dirt and dust particles outside while the heavier particles fall to the bottom of a canister that can be emptied. On true cyclonics the central vacuum motor and dirt canister are one unit that is separated to empty the dirt canister or on some the dirt canister is a separate unit from the motor pod. |
