The central vacuum hose is the accessory used most often. This is the product that you have in your hands everyday. A good hose can make a central vacuum. Central vacuum hoses are available in a myriad of styles and configurations.
This hose is a 50ft crushproof hose. A crushproof hose can be bent, stepped on, or driven over and it will always bounce back to its original shape. They are lightweight and easy to handle. The Imperium 50ft Standard Hose, features a high quality curved chrome wall end with a built in swivel cuff that allows 360 degree rotation between the cuff and hose. The 360 degree swivel helps prevents kinks in the hose. Also, standard on this hose is an air relief valve designed to get just the right amount of vacuum for your exact cleaning application. This hose is best used with either the Friction Fit 2-piece wand - Part # 32-1900-01 or Telescoping Wand - Part # 34498.
A standard hose does not have a switch on the handle and will not work with an electric powerhead.
