Shipping Information to Canada
Note: Please read the following for free shipping to Canada. Only the following bulleted items below qualify for free shipping to Canada for orders over $60.00. All other products will have shipping fees. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to let you know the additional cost to you for us to ship to Canada. Items will not ship until we have your approval for the additional charges. For all orders under $60.00, there is a minimum shipping and handling fee of $21.95. If we require an additional amount above the $21.95, we will contact you for your approval. Again, items will not ship until we have your approval for the additional amount. If you would like a quote for an order, please email us and we will send you a proposal with shipping fees included if they are applicable. Please Note: We ship to Canada via UPS and you will be responsible for all brokerage fees, duties, and taxes, incurred once you receive your order.
Note: Shipping on returned products will be at the expense of the customer (except in the case of defective merchandise within the first 30 days of receipt). After 30 days defective merchandise that is under warranty is also returned at the expense of the customer.

Shipping Time Frame
Once we receive your order, we work diligently to ship your items as quickly as possible. Our goal is for orders to go out the same day they are received, however, this is not always possible. Also, if your order is being held up for any reason you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours by email as to when you can expect your order to ship.

Free Shipping Exceptions
All other products on the Central Vacuum Stores website (with the exception of Miele products) are available to ship to our Canadian customers but at this time we are unable to offer Free Shipping for those products. Expedited Shipping
For a quote on expedited shipping rates, please ask a sales associate when placing your order or make a request when checking out through the shopping cart in the Comments and/or Delivery Instructions section.

Tracking Information
If we have your email address on file, we will email your tracking numbers to you. When shipping via USPS, there is no tracking information available. When shipping via drop shipments, we sometimes have to contact our source to obtain tracking information. If for some reason you have not received tracking information, please contact us.

Duties Taxes and Fees
Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees are not covered by Central Vacuum Stores. The customer is responsible for all Canadian imposed Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees
