 screws don't fit

the box is heavy and durable but the holes in the stems used to mount the speaker it was puchased for are too large for the screws supplied with the speaker. I found screws close to the right size but broke one off during installation. After drilling out the broken screw i finished by placing a plastic wall anchor in the hole and using the original screw. Total installation time approx. 1 hour. Total time it should have taken; about ten minutes. I own three businesses, a restaurant, a construction company and my wife ownes a beauty shop. Customer satisfaction is paramount to our success. The failure of nutone to supply 2 very inexpensive screws has caused this customer to be very dissatisfied.

Shipping is Free for orders over $60.00 to all 50 states with some exceptions; orders under $60.00 there is a $8.95 shipping and handling fee. We usually ship all orders by UPS ground shipping, but also use USPS (United States Postal Service) and drop shipping as well. Expedited Shipping is also available.

Once we receive your order, we work diligently to ship your items as quickly as possible. Our goal is for orders to go out the same day they are received, however, this is not always possible.
