M&S MC8 8-NOTE CHIME

The M&S MC8 8-Note Chime Module is designed to be used with both the M&S dmc1 or dmc3-4 music/communication intercom master stations.

With the MC8 M&S chime module, you will be able to hear the doorbell ring from any remote station throughout your home.  Once you hear the bell, you will be able to answer the door from any intercom station in any room of your home.  This chime with sound when your visitor presses the button on the M&S door speaker.  The MC8 M&S 8-note chime can be programmed to play, one, two, four, or eight notes when the button is pressed.  This chime can also be programmed to play a different chime, for different doors.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Disconnect the dmc1 or dmc3-4 intercom master station transformer, prior to installing the MC8 Chime module. 
• Snap the Chime Board onto the 4 plastic standoffs in the wallhousing.  This can be snapped in place on either the left side of the housing or the right side.
• Plug chime connector into back of master unit at the location indicated by the printing on the circuit board.
• After the MC8 chime is installed, apply power and adjust the chime volume to desired level. The volume will increase in the clockwise direction. Make sure that all intercom speaker volume controls are turned to their maximum position before making adjustments.
