has been over heating since i bought it 4 years ago. Had authorized dealer guy look at it and he said it was fine. Still overheats and the breaker on the side of the machine flips 3-4 times with each cleaning. Pain in the butt.

Hi Aaron. What you're describing sounds like a faulty relay switch. Although extraordinarily rare for any Vacuflo products as these are triple checked and tested for quality purposes, that one issue can surface over time. With the lifetime warranty the products have for parts, I recommend contacting your nearest Vacuflo service dealer to look into having that relay replaced. Hope this proves helpful.

Our home builder put one of these in when we built our 3000 sqft house in December of 2007. It is February of 2010 and knock on wood we have not had any issues with it at all. It has been a great product. It is great not having to change bags and it truely is very powerful, sometimes when the kids don't clean up their Barbie accessories it sucks them right up. No worries just pop off the canister and dig it out. In just over three years I have emptied the canister three times. Basically about once a year, and the canister is only about 1/2 full. We don't have any pets just two girls and it works great. This last cleaning I did look up into the canister and notice the mesh screen is about 3/4 filled with dust. I should have been cleaning that every year also, oh well it still works great and my guess is once I figure out how to clean it out it will work even better which I find hard to believe. Thanks for making a great product that appears to have lasted. My brand new dishwasher and stove I bought at the same time were not so lucky, I have already had to replace the pump motor on the dishwasher and control panel on the stove. My whole house vacuum again knock on wood is still going strong!
