The first motor arrived with a cracked outlet nozzle. The replacement came soon and worked fine. The first motor arrived wrapped in bubble wrap but the damage to the nozzle appeared to be due to previous use not shipping damage. Someone may have forced too large a pipe into the nozzle and cracked it. The second motor came in a Lamb box with cut-to-fit styrofoam all around it. I suggest the motor be shipped with a tapped hole and screw for attaching the green ground wire. Not all customers will have a tap and the right sized screw. Or, maybe I missed something. There were no instructions with the motor, but except for the screw, I did not need any.

Shipping is Free for orders over $60.00 to all 50 states with some exceptions; orders under $60.00 there is a $8.95 shipping and handling fee.  We usually ship all orders by UPS ground shipping, but also use USPS (United States Postal Service) and drop shipping as well.  Expedited Shipping is also available.
