AirVac AVR7500 Power Unit
The AVR7500 has 551 peak air watt capacity and can be installed in homes up to 7,500 square feet. For installation flexibility, both the intake and exhaust ports can be connected from the left or right side. A front-mounted utility port allows easy connection of a hose directly to the power unit for local cleaning. The vacuum’s control panel has a power switch and power indicator.
The AirVac AVR7500's permanent fabric filter provides filtration down to .1 micron diameter. The debris bucket on the bottom of the power unit and holds up to 6 gallons of dust and dirt. Two easy-to-access swing-down latches secure the debris bucket and are used to remove the debris bucket for emptying.
A foam-filled muffler is included for installation in the exhaust system piping of the AVR7500. The muffler substantially reduces operating noise. Routing the vacuum’s exhaust through piping to outside the residence assures all remaining dust vents outside of the building. First, the Central Vacuum site was very people friendly. The descriptions allowed for an educated selection of central vacuum system. We purchased the AVR 7500 by AirVac.
Shipment was within a couple of days and the unit came with all parts described. The unit was installed within 40 minutes. The operation is simple and the suction is exceptional for the sized unit. We have a very efficient and powerfual power head and it has never worked as well as it does now with the new AVR7500. It is a bit more noisy than anticipated but not obtrusive. The cleaning is a snap compared to our original.
Upon turning the unit on for the 1st time it cleaned the lines immediately revealing quite a bit of preciously vacuumed debris which was apparently stuck in one or two of the feed lines.
Overall, I highly recommend the unit and Central Vacuum Stores online.

I was skeptical about purchasing this vacuum online and installing it myself. I was expecting some issues with installation but it went very smoothly. It took me about a total of an hour to unbox and install the unit. I did have a previous Airvac.

This is my first central vacuum and so far it is great! Vacuuming used to be a like a foreign word to me, but not anymore! There is just something about a central vacuum! So far the unit works great and it's so much more convenient. What else can I say, this unit really SUCKS! In a GOOD way that is! Very powerful and I really have no complaints. Very convenient design since you can install from the right or left side. Also great having the utility port in front. Very nice style and look to it. Central Vacuum Store was absolutely great to work with and the price is right! I Definitely recommend this unit!!!!

Have had an Air Vac unit for 20 years and didn't think I would put a central vac in another house. When this unit's motor stopped working, I decided to replace it since all the inlets, etc. were installed already. Researched, found out everything I had would work with new unit, and that Central Vacuum had the best price. I love this unit! It arrived quickly, my husband and I installed it with very little trouble, it looks great and it works even better. It is much more powerful than my old Air Vac eventhough the old one had 2 motors and was a 220v and this one is a 110v. My carpets are looking better every time I vaccuum and with the amount of dirt and cat hair in the receptacle, I know that it is cleaning more deeply than I have been able to in a long time.
